By heart I’m an author and a creator,

and introverted bookworm.

I turned fifty years strong this summer.
Every day I’m processing the treasure and the truth of what it means to mature with clarity, courage, and continued alchemy.

As we grow our Welcome to the Library community, I’m returning to myself

and to the wisdom of my ancestors

who’ve been guiding me all along.
